I was told "We are professional!", but the attached bills say "They are not!".

 Service is normal, but much lower than the expected standard of Swiss service? Are they Swiss?

 The charged me 3 bills, in total around 1000 CHF, but failed to solve my car's problem. I went to the car dealer and paid another 482.1 CHF to solve the problem. When I come back to Nant d Avril and require reimbursement, they refused and just asked me go back to the car dealer again if there are new problems. Especially don't send Toyota cars to them. Definitely you will wast your money.
